\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing Co L. D. No* 15700, agreement with B & H Rubbish Service, dated March 14, 1967, being proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, machinery, materials and all other items required for the clearing of premises destroyed by fire at 453 North Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, for a consideration of $17,800.00; agreement to be effective as of date of acceptance and diligently prosecuted to completion; final payment to be withheld until work performed to satisfaction and acceptance of Land Company, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing rider C. L. D. No. 12516-18 dated March 17, 1967 extending to and including March 14, 1968 Contract Audit No.10824, dated March 15, 1957, expiring by latest extension March 14, 1967 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustee under the Will of August V. Handorf, Deceased, (assigned with consent of Las Vegas Land and Water Company January 18, 1960 to V. Handorf and Mary Handorf), covering lease of premises for growing crops, City of Industry, California, rental $300.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; said lease may b$ termi« -2-
