Bracken: This is to advise that on the 29th day o f December, 1937, the State Engineer approved our a p p lic a tio n to appropriate water from the new a rtesia n w e ll. I I have prepared and enclose herewith form o f A f f i d a vit o f Commencement o f Work and form of A ffid a v it of Completion o f Work, which you can swear to and return to me, and I w i l l f i l e them w ith th e State Engineer, and no fu rth er p ro o fs w i l l have to be made on e ith e r o f these a p p lications th e r e a fte r u n t il the e a r ly part o f 1942. In the meantime, however, I suggest that measurements o f th e water flow in g from th is w e ll be made p e r io d ic a lly - say every s ix months-, so that we w i l l have the data a v a ila b le fo r supplying the f in a l p ro ofs, these measurements to be made in a d d ition to the monthly meter readings o f the municipal supply.
