Keefer 4ol Fremont Street Lea Vegas, Nevada Peer Sin Referring to our phone conversation regarding proposed assignment of refunds due under CA 10420 of November 4, 1947, from yourself and National Ice Company of Lea Vegas to Luoellle A* Southard, We have taken the liberty of rewriting the proposed assignment In order to properly designate the legal nano of the Ice Company which X understand to be, "National Zee Company of Las Vegas"* Zt was also thought desirable to specify the date after which the refunds are to be paid to the new assignee and we have indicated this to be October 1, 1950, inasmuch as refunds prior to that time have already been paid* Zt is also preferable to have new assignment executed by both the Zee Company and yourself and on that basis Z transmit herewith original and two copies of proposed assignment which Z will thank you to have executed by the Zee Company and yourself, duly notarised, and return original to me* fhahking you in advance for y o r prompt handling and returning herewith tha original aeelgnaent for cancellation, Z am lours very truly.
