    operating and maintaining said Water Facilities, excepting that no charge for depreciation or amortiza­tion shall be Included in said total. Said portion shall be determined by establishing said total actual ' cost of operating and maintaining the entire water Facilities and by deducting therefrom the service charges due from the Water District, said service charges of the water District to be determined as provided in the foregoing agreement. In addition to said portion and“ as to all water pumped and delivered to consumers other than the Water District, the Water District shall be paid the purchase price of said water (said purchase price being payable to the State for the delivery of water from storage in Lake Mead) and the cost of electric energy used in the work of pumping and delivering said water to said consumers. In the event of operation and maintenance of the Water Facilities by the Water District, the water District shall, at the request pf and in accordance with the directions of State of Nevada or General Services Ad­ministration, render bills and make collections from consumers for the delivery of water. (2) General Services Administration and the State of Nevada agree to take any measures which may be neces­sary to obtain for said BMI a good and sufficient title to or easements in, over, across or under any lands 3*
