No. 13016-1, dated August 15, 1958, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and State Wide Sales Co., Inc., granting to State Wide Sales Co,, Inc. the right to sublease to McDaniel’s Markets, an area 5°’ X 60' in the southerly end of that portion of Vegetable Shed No, 3 at Los Angeles, California, covered by Agreement C.L.D, No, 13016, dated August 15, 1958, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and State Wide Sales Co., Inc., being lease of portion of Vegetable Shed No. 3, to be used for the storage and handling of merchandise; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifications W, 0. 821, issued August 22, 1958, Los Angeles, California, acquisition of a portion of Lot 3, Tract No. 207, containing an area of 8,699.8^ square feet, Los Angeles, California, for sale to Tashima Bros, and Ranchers Meat Co., under LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5567, dated January 28, 1958. Total estimated expenditure - $5,22^.00; Estimated cost of additional property, chargeable to Acct.11^~ Warehouses, Packing Houses & Equipment - Calif., $5,22^.00.
