LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY Hunt Foods and Industries, Inc. 1-1217 RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard in executing Supplemental Agreement C. L. D. No. 13931*-1 dated March 6 , 196i|. between LA&SL-UPRR, Pacific Electric Railway Company, collectively called "Railroad Company", and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, "Owner", and Hunt Foods and Industries, Inc., "Purchaser", collectively called "Industry", amending Industry Track Contract dated May 1961, assigned Contract Audit No. 98920, between LA&SL-UPRR, LVL&WCo. and Hunt Foods and Industries, Inc., to include Pacific Electric Railway Company as "Railroad.Coa^jany", covering construction, maintenance, operation and ownership of a spur track at Fullerton, California, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
