\ IAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Howe in executing supplemental agreement bearing C.L.D. No. 15294-2, dated with Walter's 400 Custom Carpets, Inc., dba Peirce Carpet Mills, amending C.L.D. 15294 dated December 14, 1965, granting option commencing on December 14, 1965 and expiring December 14, 1966, to purchase parcel of land in City of Industry, California, said supplemental agreement being for purpose of amending Section I of C.L. D. 15294 to continue option for a period of 18 months from December 14, 1965, all other terms and conditions of C.L.D. 15294 dated December 14, 1965 to remain in full force and effect, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
