Miller, President, Las Vegas Valley Water District, and wish to call your particular attention to the next to last paragraph in which the Water Com­pany agrees to make available to engineers who may be employed by the Water Dis­trict such physical data as may be necessary for them to prepare a valuation of the Water Company1s properties. * make a survey of their plan, for various data upon which the valuation of the Water Company properties will be prepared. These engineers will undoubtedly try to get from you money values on some of these properties. I would like to warn you against disclosing any information of any character having to do with money values. You undoubtedly have considerable data on the costs of pipe line con­struction, reservoir construction, and also no doubt a great deal of the data which was compiled by Taylor & Taylor in their recent survey. Hone of this data is to be disclosed, and information given by you is to be confined entirely to physical data such as the size and length of pipe lines, type of pipe used (cast iron, etc.), footage of pavement torn up and replaced where that has been done, and other physical data of this nature. I would also like to be kept advised by you of inquiries that may be made to you from time to time by any representatives of the District.
