Federal Development Co., Inc., has entered into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections, at its own expense, upon understanding, subject to Executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9, make complete or partial refund of cost of water mains, which is agreed to be the sum of #2 9 ,5 5 0 . In addition, Federal Development Co., Inc., has agreed to construct, at its own expense, under private contract, 120 LF of fire hydrant connections at an estimated cost of #1 ,1 1 5 » which amount is not subject to refund but will be capitalized as a donation.
