Cox) About 2*00 A.M., February hth, a 1935 Ford ran Into a depression In North 9th Street, where we had previously repaired a water leak, and broke the front spring. The car was taken to the Ford Garage, operated by A. 0. Grant, where the broken front spring was replaced and bill sent to us for $22.00 covering repairs. The bill was submitted to General Claim department for approval, with statement of circum­stances and recommendation that it be paid. Since that time, we have received monthly statements from Mr. Grant requesting that the bill for services rendered by paid. Today we received the enclosed statement for $22.00 and check for $2.30 in payment of May account for water service rendered his property, which totals #2 A. 30. Will you please advise with return of attachments how we should handle this through our accounts. A. M, Folger
