Mr. Hawkins i s now q u ite anxious to s ta r t something in the way o f an a d d itio n t o C la rk 's Las Vegas Townsite e a r ly t h le sp rin g and i s v e ry anxious t o secure t h is p lo t o f ground as described in copy o f deed made t o Mr. Hawkins under date o f A p ril 7, 1924, purchase p ric e §40,000,00 cash. I t i s going t o req u ire a ra th er heavy expenditure to c le a r , l e v e l and la y t h is acreage o f f in to tow nsite lo t s and ca rry the water system through th e same, Mr. Hawkins has made a request through me, to purchase same at p ric e o f §40,000.00 under agreement such as we have sold other l o t s to other p a r tie s .
