SC O TT, Secretary We acknowledge the receipt of your letter with further reference to the transfer of properties of the Union Pacific Railroad Company to its Las Vegas Land and Water Company. We note your remark that Mr. Henderson is being charged the same rate by the Water Company as that charged his competitors in the same business. If such is the case, then was there not a little discrimination in his favor under the contract which he had with your Railroad Company? We would be interested in hearing the details of this.
