1 installed in any such easement strips in accordance with the pro- 2 visions of this deed* Grantors, their successors and assigns, 3 shall bear the expense of any additional reinforcement, reloca- 4 tion or replacement of said water pipe line and appurtenances 5 which may thereafter be required to protect said water pip© line 6 by reason of the construction of new railroad tracks or railroad 7 operating facilities or change of grade of existing railroad 8 tracks or railroad operating facilities over or under said water 9 pipe lines. 10 The easements hereby granted are subject to all restric- 11 tions, limitations, easements and encumbrances of record and to 12 all existing rights of other persons in and to the lands of the 13 Grantors whether of record or not. The Grantors, their succes- 14 sors and assigns, reserve the right to construct roads, pipe 15 lines, wire lines over, under, along and across said easement 16 strips and to use said easement strips, and to grant to others 17 the right to use said easement strips, for any purpose whatso- 18 ever which will not unreasonably interfere with the construction, 19 maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of water pipe 20 lines and appurtenant facilities by Grantee, its successors and 21 assigns, under and along said easement strips. 22 At the r®quest and expense of the Grantors, their succes- 23 sors or assigns, the Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall here- 24 after from time to time relocate all or any portion of the water 25 pip© lines then maintained under and along said easement strips to 26 other easement strips of the same width which shall be granted with- 27 EXHIBIT WF" 28 Page if
