1 z 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the f£TJt day of ~Ju H £ , 1945, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, herein after called "Company", Party of the First Part, and BILTMORE HOMES, INC., a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS the Subdivider is the owner of Blocks 2 and 3 of Biltmore Addition Annex No. 3, a Subdivision located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M. in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, the plat of which is recorded in Book 2 of Plats, at page 48, Clark County, Nevada, Records, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains a distance of approximately 1200 feet to said Elocks in said Subdivision along certain of the streets there­in and northerly and southerly through said Block 3, and WHEREAS the Company is willing to make said extensions in accordance with its Rule 9A on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, approved January 18, 1940; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for, is $3100.00 for labor and materials. 26
