    SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE REPORT
    April 4, 1992
The Scholarship Committee met April 3, 1992, at Soror Willa White’s home. Applications were received from fourteen (14) young ladies. High schools represented were Chaparal, Western, Eldorado, Clark, Valley, Vo-Tech and Echoes Christian Academy.
The criteria used for selecting the scholarship recipients were based on overall grade point average, extra-curricular activities, biographical data, need and honors (distinguished scholar grade point average). Each category was given points totaling to 100%.
The committee elected to give scholarships to the three (3) candidates receiving the most points. They were: Krisha D. Neighbors of Western High School, Michelle Dupree of Eldorado High School and Kisha Randolph of Chaparal High School. Each recipient will receive $650.00.
Certificates will be sent to school counselors to be given to each candidate at the Honors Program in May plus we will also participate in the BECON program.
RECOMMENDATION; The committee recommends that the amount of the scholarship be put on the application.
Respectfully Submitted By The Schorlarship Committee SORORS; Jo Ann Weddle
