Lae Vegas - January 11, 1952 Mr. R. M. Sutton - Omaha Referring to your letter of January 2, 1952, File BD 2-2-1, addressed to E. Z. Quinn, concerning bill Audit No. 9189, amount $57.27, covering installation of 3/4" service connection at 5th and Clark Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Quinn passed away a short time ago and the contracting firm of which he was principal has been thrown into receivership. We have also contacted Mr. Walter Murray, owner of the apartment building served by the connection and have been endeavoring the past several months to secure payment of this bill. Mr. Murray has filed claim with the Bonding Company, including the above amount, which wrote Mr. Quinns* bond on the housing project and we hope that we may be able to secure payment of this amount in the near future, failing which it will be necessary that we file claim with other creditors in the receivership proceedings.
