September 1 , 1948 a 2- io4 Gibbons & Heed Company, Contractors 259 west 3rd South Salt Lake City, Utah Gentlemens Our attention ia directed to the expiration, September 30th, of the lease which you hold in the Hailroad Industrial Tract south of Bonansa Hoad at Las Vegas, and question arises with regard to renewal. We receive a number of applications each week from prospective shippers for a site on rail trackage where they can receive their carload shipments and available space of this nature is very limited. X was wondering whether you wish to relinquish the site on expiration of the present lease, or whether you anticipate using the site for other than storage of equipment.
