On motion duly made and seconded, • it w<a s unan\imously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 16089, dated July 11, 1968 accepting proposal of K. A. Gregg Company to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools and machinery required to spray, mow and remove Russian thistle (tumbleweeds) on Land Company property in San Bernardino County, California; work to be performed to the satisfaction of the County Agriculture Department, as well as the Air Pollution Control District, for a consideration of $175.00, upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 16097, dated July 25, 1968 with Hunt Process Company, accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, machinery and all other items necessary to repair spalled areas and cracks in Land Company’s warehouse located at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, work to be performed to the satisfaction of the land Company for a consideration of $5,417.00, upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -5-
