Dear sir:- Replying to yours of Deo. 30th relative to water contracts between the Water Company supplying water for the Town of Pioche and Lincoln Coimty; I am enclosing you copy of contract made April 20th, 1872, and also amended contract made in 1904. These are the only contracts in existence pertaining to the same as far as I am able to asertain. Am also enclosing you duplicate copies at your Los Angeles office, for your files.
