Tour letter April 10th, File 085-01, rates of pay, employes of Las Ve g a s Land and Water Company: I am agreeable to Increasing rates of pay of positions listed in your letter of March 13th 12-1/2 cents per hour, as recommended, subject to compliance with the regulations of the Wage Stabilization Agency, w h i c h should be handled with Mr, Bennett. Stabilization Board dated M a r c h 9» 1951> regarding the retroactivity of general wage increases put in effect under the Board*s general wage R e l a t i o n 6. Under Item 4> increases granted where no collective bargaining representati-retroactive to the commencement of the payroll period in which increase was decided upon is permissible.
