I agree.Nr. Bracken -2 - Nov. 27, 1942 houses in the various subdivisions which are occupied by bona fide defense workers as contrasted with old- time inhabitants of Las Vegas. I think if we can build up any convincing data along this line, we might properly submit it to Mr. Sexton on the theory that there is no further need for housing project* for defense workers and that any future housing projects would be clearly speculative and should be built under Rule 9 (a).
