No. 6435, dated December 30, 1944, extending to December 31, 1949, term of lease Audit No. 9913, dated July 6, 1938, expiring December 31, ?1944, between LVL&WCo,, Lessor, and Charles Latimer, Lessee, cover­ing citrus packing house and appurtenances, including machinery and equipment, located at San Antonio Avenue.and, State Street, Ontario, California; rental $380.25.per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirm­ed.
