Dear Sir; The attached tax receipt for first half 1934 taxes on Lots 1? and 18 In Block 35 with five room house thereon has been paid by Mr, F, A. Bash, who purchased this property May the 1st, 1934. Mr, Bash has just called claiming a refund for the months of January, February, March and April of this year and I approve a voucher made in his favor for the refund of the above four months, if you so approve.
