No® 15554 dated August 22, 1966 with Admiral Outdoor Advertising, Inc®, accept­ing its proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and other items as required to construct a bulletin board structure on property of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company fronting on Valley Boulevard near Sixth Avenue, in City of Industry, California, and to paint faces of said billboard pursuant to Land Company9s approved art design, for a consid­eration of $2,360®00, work to be completed approximately sixty days after execution of agreement, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed® The following Authority for Expenditure Requests, ap­proved by the President, were submitted for ratification: A® F® E® No® 2, Work Order No® 27, issued June 14, 1966 to cover con­structing 612T x 441? one-story warehouse building with attached 1309 x 90* service building, and 177? x 1Q0T office building, com­plete, including appurtenances, paving, fencing, landscaping, and spur track, right of way line to end, required for lease together with -2
