I agree.. 1 * \ & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Owner, and Western Auto Supply Company, a Delaware corporation, Lessee of Owner, covering maintenance, operation and ownership of an industry spur track at City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California; Railroad Company, after giving sixty (60) days written notice to the Industry of its itention to do so, may terminate agreement and take up and remove that portion of the track owned by it, subject to the conditions as set forth in the agreement; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 15606-1, dated September 11, 1967 extending term of lease agreement Contract Audit No. 11022, to and including October 31, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Edward Pilario, covering lease of premises for growing of crops in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California; covenants and conditions in original agreement, C.L.D. 15606, dated November 28, 1966 to continue in effect with rental being $46.66 per month, payable semi-annually; thirty days written notice by Lessor or Lessee will effect termination; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed. -7-
