LAS VEGAS LAND AND EATER COMPANY RESOLUTION The Fllntlcote Company CLD 153^6-1 CA 11007 On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H, Bailey and Assistant Secretary S. J, How in executing Extension Rider C. L. D. No. 153^6-1, dated March 15, 19&8 extending term of agreement Audit No* 1100? between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the Fllntlcote Company, to and including June 13, 1969, said agreement covering the granting of an option to purchase 310,230 square feet of land in City of Industry, California, consideration for the extended term being payment of taxes on the option parcel; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
