Reinhardt, Vice-President Las Vegas Land and Water Company 422 West Sixth Street Los Angeles 14, California Dear Hr. Reinhardt: We have your letter of July 1st addressed to Hr. Thomas A. Campbell, president of the District, regarding the status of Hr. L. R. Haag. As Hr. Campbell is out of town, I will take the responsibility of confirming the Tinderstanding regarding Hr. Haags' compensation i.e. salary $575 a month and expenses averaging $435 a month. If you or Hr. Haag will advise us when this money is due, we will gladly send our check to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. I might at this time state that I have been working very closely with Hr. Haag for the past several months and have found him very capable, agreeable to work with and a great help to us in every way. Very truly yours, HARRY E.
