INSURANCE: Insurance shall be carried by the Contractor In accordance with the Form of Contract attached. PERMITS: The Contractor, at his own expense, shall pay for permits if required. REJECTION OF BIDS: The Las Vegas Land and Water Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids as it may deem advisable. COMPLETION OF WORK: The completion of the work is important, and the same must be organized, promoted and prosecuted as required by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, and the Contractor, when submitting his bid, shall specify the time required to complete the work. BIDS: Bids shall be made by filling in the form of Proposal and Bid, attached in duplicate, and delivering the original of the same in a sealed envelope under personal cover, addressed to Mr. L. R. Maag, Acting General Manager, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, 401 South Second Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, on or before the above specified date. It is important that all information requested in the Proposal and Bid form shall be furnished by the Contractor. All plans must be returned with the Contractor's bid. I Page 3
