Gentlemen: Tour let-.ter of February 11th outlining necessary material required for capping Las Vegas well: As none of this material seems to be on hand in | our Store department, would appreciate your arranging for this material, shipping same on company billin g, care of myse lf, to Las Vegas, advising me when same goes forward and rendering to this office b i ll covering the cost of this material* This material should not include the cement, rock, or gravel, which we can furnish from Las Vegas Store* On receipt of this material at las Vegas, please get in touch with Mr* Osborne, Division Engineer, who w ill advise you when your foreman should leave to superintend this work and Mr* Osborne w ill furnish necessary laborers from his maintenance forces to assist him* Yours very truly, Assistant Chief Engineer. ©c- Mr. S.H,Osborne: Confirming our phone conversation this morning.
