ter said completion remove from tha premises of the Union Pa­cific fcha 24-inch cast iron pipe U n a and tha 16-inch tranaita and cast iron pipa lina shown in brokan rad and black lines on said Exhibit "A" and raster# the premises of tha Union Pacific to tha condition in which thay ware prior to such removal* Tha said pipa lina whan so removed shall remain the property of tha District, In tha event tha District shall fail to remove tha said pipe lines within said six (6) months’ period, Union Pacific shall have tha right to remove tha same, and tha Dis­trict agrees to pay to Union Pacific tha cost to Union Pacif­ic of such removal upon prasantation of bill therefor. Section &. Tha District shall have tha right at any time prior to tha expiration of tha sixty (60) day notice here­inabove in Section 2 provided to notify tha Union Pacific that it proposes to remove said pipe lines shown in brokan rad and black lines on said Exhibit at its sola cost and expanse and to construct new pipe lines in lieu thereof. Within a rea­sonable time thereafter the District shall commence and thert-after diligently prosecute to completion the construction of said new pipe lines. Upon the completion of such new pipe lines the District shall forthwith remove from the lands of the Union Pacific said pipe lines shown in broken black and red lines on said Exhibit *A". In tha avent the District de­sires to locate all or any part of said new pipa lines upon property of the Union Pacific, said pipe lines shall be placed in location shown by broken black and red lines between points marked D and K on Exhibit nk” and by broken red and white lines between points marked K and 1 and points marked Y and D on Ex­hibit *A". Union Pacific agrees to grant to the District ease-memta ^ f e e t in width for the construction, maintenance and operation of said pipe lines in said locations. 6
