* Mr# W# R, Armstrong:- Los Angeles, Calif*, July 15, 1927* 2 0 -6 Your letter of June 10th, file 9215, regarding raising the tank at Las Vegas as outlined in ray letter of June 4thi I am attaching hereto three prints of our Drawing Ho, 40394, showing an outline of the plan we proposed for handling this work. After Form 30 is submitted and approved, we will furnish detail plans of necessary false work for supporting this tank during the period of construction and also details of concrete foundation.
