Las Vegas - March 26, 1953 ¥18-1-12A Mr, Wm. Reinhardt - Los Angeles Messrs. Wia. Udell Stewart and Sari Leavitt, who are parties to the Lease on Las Vegas R&noh at Las Vegas, Sev&da, covered by Lease Audit Bo, 10586 between LVL&«0o. and Willie T. Stewart, Lari Leavitt and william Udell Stewart, called on me this date requesting that the LVL&WGo. grant them permission to level up a portion of the land covered by the above Lease and sell to outside parties an unspecified amount of top soil resulting from this operation, I informed Messrs. Stewart and Leavitt that we cannot approve their request since I do not believe that we should permit any top soil to be removed from the R&noh which would, no doubt, decrease its value as farming land.
