I agree.Mr. A. C. Hitters Lae Vegas * April 2?, 19^9 R 2 days Confirming our telephone conversation toAt the regular meeting of the Planning Commission last night the re-zoning of West Bonanza Hoad, was passed with recommendation to the City Commission that the area be re-zoned in accordance with our request, leaving a 1000 foot buffer at the west end to avoid conflict with existing residential tract. Some opposition developed by about fifteen parties from the district who, in fact, presented a petition requesting that no further re-zoning be permitted west of *H* Street. However, the Planning Commission felt that we had been more than fair In presenting the compromise arrangement, which was agreed to previously by their spokesmen and they therefore passed the request for re-zoning.
