Las Yegas - February 23, 1948 W 23-1 Mr. Frank Strongs It has been our practice when service line* deteriorate, to replace them in kind, that is; with 3/4* galvanised pipe. However, now that most of the alleys in the business district are paved, this is becoming expensive due to cost of replacing the oil bound surface. Would like to have your approval to substitute 3/4* copper pipe instead of galvanised when renewals are necessary in the business district.
