\ Company, Lessee, covering lease of a portion of this company's premises at Malden and Truslow Avenues, Fullerton, California, together with packinghouse, appurtenances and machinery located thereon, for term beginning March 1, 1939, and extending to and including October 31, 1944; rental consideration $280.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; said premises to be used for citrus fruit packing purposes; subject to termination by Lessor on 90 days' written notice and by Lessee on 90 days' written notice at any time after October 31, 1940; said agreement also providing for the termination ' as of March 1, 1939, of existing agreement, Audit No. 9775, dated April 24, 1936, between said parties, covering said premises; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing and delivering on behalf of this company, letter-agreement, dated May 1, 1939, addressed to Mr. C. Dixon, 802 North Robinson Street, Los Angeles, California, signed by Santa Fe Land Improvement Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, granting license and permission to maintain and use as site for auto parking station on May 3rd, 4th and 5th, 1939, that certain lot of land known as 330-336 Aligo Street, Los Angeles, California; consideration $5.00 per day, or total sum of $15.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
