It is agreed that If payments are made from said Rel© cation Fund for materials supplied ©r work performed pursuant t© a contract or contracts entered into by the First Parties* said First Parties shall be entitled to receive the payments from said Relocation Fund for services rendered by the First Parties as (1) If it shall be necessary for the First Parties both to prepare plans and specifications for theperforman©e of any contract or contracts entered intc jald First Parties and to inspect the work called for by said contract or contracts dur­ing construction* said First Parties shall be entitled to a sum equal to 10^ of the payments made pursuant to said contract or contracts, said sum t© represent compensation for preparation of the plans and specifications and inspection of the work during construction, including any surveying and engineering necessary therefor, (2) If the First Parties shall use plans and speciflostIons prepared by the District and approved by the First Parties, said First Parties shall be entitled to a sum equal to 5$ of the payments made pursuant to said contract or contracts, said sum follows 28b
