Your letter of the 17th inst. enclosing your personal check for $3^0.00 to cover full payments on the four contracts enumerated in the title matter hereto, duly received on the l8th of this month, and I must advise that there was $1.75 accrued interest on each contract, making a total of $l67.00 to he the required amount to cover the full payments thereon. Therefore I have advanced $7*00 for you and certified said full payments in the sum of $167.00, receipts therefore being enclosed herewith, and I will thank you to remit $7.00 to reimburse me for the amount I have advanced for you.
