an additional dwelling on one and one-half (l½) acres of land in an R-A (Ranch Estates) Use District, the location being 2101 West Charleston Boulevard; and WHEREAS, on March 27, 1952 the Regional Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application for variance, at which time no objections were raised and no communications protesting the granting of said variance were received; and WHEREAS, on March 27, 1952 the Regional Planning Commission approved such application for variance on the ground that such variance would not result in material damage to other property in the vicinity or be detrimental to the public welfare; and WHEREAS, such decision of the Regional Planning Commission was filed with the Board of City Commissioners on April 1, 1952, recommending that such variance be granted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the recommendation of the Regional Planning Commission that Thomas Jaggers be granted permission to erect an additional dwelling on one and one-half (l½) acres of land in an R-A (Ranch Estates) Use District at 2101 West Charleston Boulevard, be and the same hereby is approved, provided, however, that the privileges granted by utilized in accordance with the time limit provided by ordinance. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker. VARIANCE APPLICATION Commissioner Jarrett moved the following resolution be adopted: Nebraska Jones RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on the 27th day of February, 1952, Nebraska Jones filed an application with the Regional Planning Commission to allow the construction of a multiple dwelling consisting of four (4) tourist courts of two rooms and private baths each in an R-2 (Two Family) Use District at 618 Washington Steet, being Lot 2, Block 17, H.F.M. & M.
