J. Bachman as Assistant Secretary, on behalf of the First Parties, and signed by Thomas A.Campbell as President and attested by G. William Coulthard, Secretary, for the District. To each of said originals are attached a certified copy of the resolution authorising the execution of the contract passed by the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Valley Water District at its meeting held June 1, 1953, and a certificate of the secretary that the agreement is a full, true and correct copy of the agreement referred to In the resolution.
