Adamson c/o Union Pacific Railroad Company 422 West Sixth Street Los Angeles, California Dear Mr. Adamson: In regard to the agreement between your company and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, as to the re-location of Section Corners on Union Pacific Railroad property in Las Vegas, Nevada I am enclosing a map of a survey made by James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineer, under my supervision. This survey and map was made especially to re-locate the Section corner common to Sections 27, 28, 33 and 34 and the one-quarter corner between Sections 28 and 33 as per the agreement with the Las Vegas Valley Water District, subject to your approval. The Section Corner common to Sections 27, 28, 33 and 34 was re-located from information furnished by your Engineer, Mr. Steele. The one-quarter corner between Sections 28 and 33 was re-located from existing monuments on the ground and a survey made by J. T. McWilliams, Engineer, in 1922. Kindly advise James M.
