W 23*1 -6 1 Laa Vegas - March 13, 1952 Mr. Wm* Reinhardt - Los Angeles Referring to Mr. Stoddard*s S-382 of March 11, 1952 authorizing construction of water mains to serve Alita Vista Addition, Tract 2, Las Vegas, Nevada: Herewith, executed by Petersen, duplicate originals of refund agreement NLD 2559, dated March 3, 1952 covering installation of the ijater mains, together with duplicate originals of letter agreement NLD 2560 with Langley Construction Company, Ino., covering construetion of the mains. Recommend execution of each of the agreements on behalf of the Water Company. Mr. Cory advises the documents may be executed by you. W. H. Johnson
