    California (for term beginning June 15, 1959, and ending March 15, 1942), and providing for the payment by said C. P. Dixon of flat rental of $200,00 per month, instead of 50% of the ghoss receipts per month, with minimum rental of $150.00; and Rescinding Paragraph 4 of Art, II of said letter-agreement of April 22, 1940, and in lieu thereof providing that deposit to cover rental for the last two months of said term shall be $400.00, instead of $300.00; said changes to be effective as of December 1, 1941; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, tint the action of Vice President Ashby in executing agreement, Contract Audit No. 10161, dated February 17, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called ’’Company”, and Biltmore Homes, ine., called ’’Contractor” covering the extension, at Contractor's expense, of this Com­pany’s water mains and laterals into Biltmore Addition to the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, said extension consisting of 4040 ft. of cast iron pipe, for the purpose of serving with water the dwelling houses in said Addition, connecting said extension with this Company's 12-inch main paralleling North Main Street, at estimated cost of $9,000, including all material, labor and incidental expenses; Company, upon com­pletion by Contractor of the construction of at least eighty dwelling houses in said Biltmore Addition, and other con­ditions, to pay to Contractor the actual cost, not exceeding $9,000, of laying and constructing said water mains and laterals; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
