I agree.N Las Vegas, Nevada, April 22, 1924, Mr. E. E. Calvin, President Las Vegas Land & Water Co,, Omaha, Neb I Dear Sir? Referring to our conversation when you were in Las Vegas, in reference to sale of 64,4 acres of land lying west of the railroad tracks and adjoining Oldtown, to #. 1, Perron, would say that Mr, Perron, while still very anxious to get hold of this acreage, is not prepared at this time to close the deal, as he is afraid the sitanp in Southern California and the recent newspaper articles in reference to Boulder Canyon Dam, will slow down our activities here and will very materially affect his attempt of marketing that acreage at present, and he is not ready at this time to submit us in writing an offer as he had proposed* Yours truly, Vice-Pres. ,& Agent. Re; Acreage to W, S, Perron. WRBjLB
