While the attached articles refer to Increasing caps.- city of pipeline from 30 to 50 million gallons per day with 30,000,000 gallons per day pumping facilities at Manganese Ore, O’Neil} who was In the office Friday* stated that a 30 or more million gallon storage resevoir was contemplated at Manganese Ore with outlets established at such elevation as necessary to maintain 20 to 30 million gallon emergency reserve at ail times for B&I lessees. It is reported Mueller appeared impressed with the possibilities of the project and O’Neil has been employed toy the CPC to make an engineering study anti cost estimate.
