Otherwise, the cost must be advanced by the applicant. The monies so advanced are refunded at the rate of 50$ of the monthly water bill over a period of 10 years. If not fully repaid within the 10 year period, the remaining balance is not refundable. The unrefunded amounts of deposits years are: as of the end of the 1944 $ 5,390.42 1945 22,637.75 1946 48,160.50 1947 83,895.39 1948 107,019.17 1949 203,147.97 1950 263,524.63 The deposit for the pipe extensions included a 10$. additional charge °3ern c°?*ract«? cost of installation, for supervision and overhead ihe 10$, while subject to refund, was not capitalized by the utility.
