ORDINANCE NO. 620 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 378, REFERRED TO AS SECTION 10, CHAPTER 24, OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY CODE, 1949, BY AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, AND CHANGING THE ZONE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN AREAS ON THE SAID MAP. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Land Use Plan Map adopted by Section IV of Ordinance No. 378 also referred to as Section 10, Chapter 24, Code of the City of Las Vegas, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) FROM R-1 to C-2: All of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of Section 26, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, M.D.B.&M., saving and excepting the North 125 feet of the East 312.5 feet and the West 125 feet of the North 330 feet thereof. (b) FROM R-1 to R-3: Lots 1 to 16, Block 4, and a portion of Lot "A," Wardie Addition; Lots 17 to 30, Block 23, South Addition. (c) FROM R-3 to C-1: Lots 15 to 20, Block 21, Wardie Addition. (d) FROM R-4 to C-2: The East one-half of Block 4 and the West one-half of Block 5, Hawkins Addition. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 4. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Sun, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas.
