On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5662, dated May 12, 1959, quitclaiming to Anson E. Murphy and Herbert P. Murphy, all right, title and interest in and to that certain access roadway reserved by Las Vegas Land and Water Company in conveyance to Anson E. Murphy and Herbert F.
