On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5662, dated May 12, 1959, quitclaiming to Anson E. Murphy and Herbert P. Murphy, all right, title and interest in and to that certain access roadway reserved by Las Vegas Land and Water Company in conveyance to Anson E. Murphy and Herbert F. Murphy by LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5561, dated January 30, 1958; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Rider C.L.D. No. b - 0 7 9 - 5 , dated May 15, 1959, extending to and including June 30, 1961, term of Lease Agreement Audit No. 1018^, dated April 20, 19^2, and expiring by latest extension June 30, 1959, with A. Clubb & Sons, a copartnership consisting of A. F. Clubb and J. B. Clubb, (assigned June 16, 19^7, to John B. Clubb, doing business as A. Clubb & Sons), covering lease of ground floor store room at 430 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, to be used for the purpose of manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, pipes and smokers* supplies, and Incidental uses; rental considerations -2
