Murphy and Herbert P. Murphy, all right, title and interest in and to that certain access roadway reserved by Las Vegas Land and Water Company in conveyance to Anson E. Murphy and Herbert F. Murphy by LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5561, dated January 30, 1958; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
