# April 28, 1939, expiring October 31, 1948, with Randolph Marketing Company, Lessee, covering lease of packing house located at Truslow and Malden Avenues, Fullerton, Calif.; rental §316.97 per month, payable monthly in advance;- subject to termination by either party upon 90 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing agreement C. D. No. 23634-D, dated October 18, 1948, with Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Lessee, covering extension to and including April 30, 1954, of term of lease agreement with said Lessee (C. A. No. 9951, dated December 3, 1938, expiring April 30, 1949), covering parcel of land located at southeast corner of Pico Blvd. and Soto St., Los Angeles, Calif., to be used for office and warehouse, and granting Lessee option to renew for an additional five-year period at annual rental of §5,100, payable in advance in equal monthly installments; Lessee being granted further option to purchase said leased premies during said term; said agreement being subject to termination by Lessee on ninety days' written notice in event Lessee is prohibited by law from brewing, selling or distributing beer or other products; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing "Notice of Extension of Term of Lease", dated October 18, 1948, (C. D. No. 23634-D-l), in connection with said lease agreement C. D. No. 23634-D, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -2-
