    \ for power purposes over and along the property of Land Company, situate at Mira Loma, California; term shall be effective for • I * • • i an indefinite period of time, provided, however, that this license may be terminated by licensee at any time upon written notice to the Land Company to that effect, and may be termi­nated by the Land Company upon sixty days written notice to Licensee; upon such termination by either Licensee or the Land Company, Licensee shall remove power line and all parts and appurtenances thereon, upon receipt of notice from the Land Company so to do; consideration for this license shall be $65.00, payable to Land Company upon execution of this agreement, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing C. L. D. 15741, dated June 20, 1967, agreement granting Southern California Edison Company license to con­struct, maintain, use and thereafter operate an overhead power line with all necessary appurtenances, across Land Company’s property in order to provide electric service to Land Company’s lessee in the vicinity of Seventh Avenue and Don Julian Road, in City of Industry, California; Licensee acknowledges title of the Land Company in and to the premises; License granted sub­ject to outstanding superior rights and right of Land Company to extend and renew the same; construction, operation and maintenance of power line to be by Licensee in compliance with -3-
