Several items included in the statement coverin g lo t s sold at Yermo, C a lif, show a balance due, in cases where deed has been d e liv e r e d . These items have been corrected , as I presume they were intended, to show the f u l l a&ount o f the sale in column provided fo r payments made to date, as the payments on these purchases have been completed. I t is my suggestion that on future statements, the various lo t s purchased by one party under one contract be grouped which appar­e n tly would reduce the volume o f d e t a il without im pairing the value o f the inform ation.
